1 Advance Payment & Project Initiation
All digital development and consultancy services provided by Nexus Solutions Corp Ltd require 100% upfront payment prior to resource allocation, project onboarding, or consultation scheduling.
2 Nature of Consultancy Services
Advisory Role: Our management consultancy services provide strategic guidance, operational analysis, and general business recommendations based on industry standards.
No Guarantee of Commercial Outcomes: Business performance depends on market variables and Client execution. Therefore, consultancy advice does not constitute a legal or commercial guarantee of specific business results, cost savings, or revenue targets. Unsatisfactory business results post-consultation do not form valid grounds for a refund.
3 Website Development & Digital Deliverables
Agreed Project Scope: Web development work is executed strictly according to the Scope of Work (SOW) confirmed at the time of purchase or initial onboarding.
Milestone & Design Approval: Before final deployment, deliverables are shared with the Client for review. Once the Client provides digital approval or sign-off on the deliverable (or uses the digital assets in production), the service is formally deemed Fully Delivered and Accepted.
Subjective Preferences: Rejection based on subjective personal preference outside the documented scope after work has been completed will not qualify for a refund. Additional design variations will be treated as a new service request.
4 Refund Eligibility & Cancellation
Before Work Begins: If a cancellation request is submitted in writing before any technical work, research, or consultation sessions have commenced, a full refund will be issued minus standard payment processing fees.
After Initiation / Delivery: Once work has commenced, consultancy hours have been delivered, or development files have been provisioned, payments are non-refundable.
5 Digital Acceptance & Chargeback Protection
By selecting "I agree to the Terms of Service and Delivery Policy" during online checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. You explicitly agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or dispute charges with your bank based on post-delivery subjective dissatisfaction or unfulfilled commercial expectations.
